Letters to all parents with an EHCP were sent yesterday by snail mail & should be hitting doorsteps tomorrow. For those that can't wait, a copy is attached. To be clear this is a generic letter for all parents of children whose educational setting is NOT being inspected. This should include all children and young people who have a provision that is out of borough e.g. Whitefields, The Anderson School, etc.
Those parents of children attending one of the schools that Ofsted have decided to inspect will be receiving a slightly different letter. Their letter will also include the date & time for a 45 minute meeting which parents can speak directly with Inspectors. These meetings are for parents of CURRENT pupils attending those schools and Inspectors request that parents ring the schools to notify them of their intention to attend the meeting. We assume they (the Inspectors) want a list of attendees.
